Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
Ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and LLM-based answer engines like Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy with a scalable learning framework across regions.
Build and govern a global sales competency framework and development plans for all commercial roles.
Collaborate with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align priorities and ensure content relevance.
Establish governance and operational excellence through standardised processes, content mgmt, reporting, and learning platforms.
Measure impact, track competency progress, analyze gaps, and provide insights to leadership.
