We are looking for a Global Project Manager for a strategic and international project within a leading industrial company.

The successful candidate will manage and coordinate complex cross‑functional technical projects supporting the company’s technological and production development.

Location: Pavia with availability for international travel across Europe and overseas.

Main responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects of technological and production development: new plants relocations machinery extensions of existing lines.
• Coordinate international teams and internal/external stakeholders ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets and quality objectives.
• Manage the entire project life cycle from start‑up to post‑project analysis according to PMO methodologies.
• Promote process standardization and continuous improvement at a global level.
• Provide technical and methodological support to production teams.

Technical skills and requirements

• Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex technical projects or industrial processes.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Smartsheet / Microsoft Project, Minitab, Power BI.
• Lean / 6 Sigma Black Belt certification appreciated.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
