As the strategic manager for global onboarding, you will influence both the immediate new‑joiner experience and long‑term organizational capability. By defining and tracking success metrics, you will ensure onboarding drives real, measurable improvements—faster proficiency, stronger belonging, higher retention, and consistent operational readiness across regions.
