Artemest seeks an organized Operations Associate (International Markets) to manage the full order lifecycle and provide luxury-level customer support across an international artisan network. You will coordinate with artisans and customers, handling after-sales cases and ensuring tailored solutions in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role focuses on excellence in order management, after-sales coordination, and strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full order lifecycle and after-sales support.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with artisans, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering a luxury-level experience.
• Manage the full order lifecycle and act as the main contact for artisans and customers on all order matters.
• Own complex after-sales cases, including delays, customs, delivery issues, and post-delivery support.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
• Collaborate with suppliers and artisans to balance client needs with company goals.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Logistics, Marketplace, IT to ensure seamless after-sales execution.
• Identify recurring challenges and propose process improvements to optimize workflows.
