Artemest, realtà milanese leader nel design e artigianato di lusso, cerca una persona appassionata per uno stage di 6 mesi nel team B2B. L'opportunità permette di lavorare sul mercato medioriente e di partecipare a progetti di interior design su misura.

Intraprendente, con laurea in Interior Design o Product Design, si valuteranno competenze in Office e una forte attitudine analitica. Orario 9-18, stipendio mensile di 600€ e ticket restaurant.

Qualifications

• Laurea in Interior Design o Product Design.
• Italiano madrelingua e fluente in inglese.
• Buona padronanza di Microsoft Office.
• Spiccata attenzione al dettaglio e passione per l'interior design.

Responsibilities

• Supporto nella gestione di richieste su larga scala e su misura.
• Negoziare con la rete fornitori e identificare soluzioni per progetti di interior design.
• Supportare Artemest Trade nell'approvvigionamento e presentazioni di progetti per i clienti.
• Valutare margini e implicazioni commerciali dei progetti.
• Valutare attentamente i requisiti di progetto e gestirli di conseguenza.
• Monitorare e gestire l'intero ciclo d'ordine.
• Collaborare con i team interni (Customer Care, Logistics, Product, Administration).
• Comprendere le richieste B2B per progetti residenziali e commerciali e utilizzare problem solving.
• Rivedere e gestire la timeline delle opportunità di progetto.

Posizione:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated intern to join our team, supporting B2B interior design projects. The role will focus on the Middle East market, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the world of luxury design and bespoke furnishings.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support in the management of large scale and custom enquiries
• Negotiate with our supplier network and identify solutions for interior design projects
• Support Artemest Trade in sourcing and project presentations for clients
• Evaluation of margins and commercial implications on projects
• Carefully evaluate project requirements and operate accordingly (e.g. certifications)
• Monitor and manage the full order lifecycle
• Collaborate and liaise with our internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Product, Administration)
• Understand B2B client enquiries for residential and commercial projects and use problem solving skills to meet their expectations
• Review and manage B2B project opportunity timeline

Offer information

• Duration: 6 months
• Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm)
• Monthly compensation: 600€
• Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy

Requisiti:

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Interior Design, Product Design
• Italian native and fluent in English
• Knowledge and passion for Interior Design industry
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills to analyse product and artisan performance effectively
• Aesthetical sensibility and passion for e-commerce, luxury and design products
• Ability to communicate to staff at all levels and to work in cross functional teams
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
• Creativity, flexibility and entrepreneurial attitude
