Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Napoli is seeking a dedicated boutique operations specialist to support Sales Associates, manage daily boutique upkeep, and assist with Reception duties. You will help deliver an exceptional client experience and participate in the Service Excellence Ceremony, ensuring smooth boutique operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least two years in a luxury environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication abilities
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Set up and breakdowns at boutique opening and closing.
• Manage morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, plus backstock maintenance.
• Backfill POS stations and desks accurately to ensure seamless checkout.
• Maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to keep merchandise in good condition.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties while upholding company standards.
• Follow all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding the client experience.
