Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a proactive individual to support Sales Associates in a fast-paced luxury boutique. You will assist with daily operations, greeting clients and maintaining a flawless reception area.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and experience in luxury retail, strong multitasking and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP. Multilingual abilities are a plus in serving a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking, capable of managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in computer skills; excellent communication and verbal abilities to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales Associates and assist with daily boutique operations.
• Manage reception duties and greet clients.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and backstock, and replenish floor supplies.
• Prepare and backfill POS stations and desks.
• Coordinate with Management and Boutique Administrators to uphold standards.
• Participate in boutique opening/closing and event setup.
• Uphold brand image and Service Charter in all client interactions.
