Job summary

Generali Italia SpA is seeking a motivated HR Business Partner Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR partnering, and training within an international financial environment.

You will work closely with senior HR professionals, supporting activities across the employee lifecycle and contributing to broader HR initiatives while gaining exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Law, HR or related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Genuine interest in Human Resources and HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes from CV screening to scheduling interviews.
• Assist onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Support day-to-day HR partnering and employee lifecycle activities.
• Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development activities.
• Provide first-level employee query handling and support.
