Within the GHO People & Organization function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.

The job holder can be based both in Milan, Trieste, Mogliano Veneto or Rome.

Key Responsibilities

• Working alongside the business leaders, understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions
• Supporting managers on all HR‑related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management
• Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organisational unit
• Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence
• Ensuring correct HC planning, balancing business needs and cost constraints within the overall target HC agreed
• Ensuring the right sizing and operating model of the organisational structures in collaboration with the Orga team
• Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and company policies
• Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture
• Ensuring local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics or Communications
• At least 3‑5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excellence in HR & Organization
• In‑depth knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations
• Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proactive and results‑oriented attitude
