Amazon Italia Transport Srl - E54 invites an Operations HR Intern to explore HR across a global organization, from employee relations to training and analytics. You’ll analyze workforce data, support casework, and collaborate with operations leaders to drive growth.

The role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to business-driven HR decisions, with a chance to pursue a graduate role upon successful completion. Relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (C1+).
• Penultimate or final year pursuing a university degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
• Willingness to sign a learning agreement with the university.
• Available for a full-time internship (up to 40 hours/week) and 3–6 months duration.

Responsabilités

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communication to align teams across countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving development needs.
• Learn HR functions across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Support employees on queries related to attendance, engagement, and compensation.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify simplifications and automate where possible.
• Compile personnel stats, reports, and performance evaluations for decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
