Generali is seeking a People Business Partner Manager to lead the HR function within the Agorai Innovation Hub, Trieste, with a hybrid work model.
You will partner with management to design tailored HR solutions, oversee recruitment, performance management, talent development, and ensure compliance.
The role offers a salary between 57k and 70k gross per year, with flexible hours and learning opportunities across the Generali Group.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, economics or data analytics.
- 7+ years HRBP experience in insurance or IT sectors.
- Fluent Italian and good English; strong knowledge of labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored HR solutions with business leaders.
- Support managers on recruitment, performance management, and talent development.
- Implement reward policies and coordinate related processes.
- Support development and learning initiatives.
- Ensure HC planning balances business needs and cost constraints.
- Ensure right sizing and operating model of organizational structures.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Promote an inclusive, international company culture.
- Implement local execution of centrally designed Group projects.
