WIN SOURCE is seeking an International Sales Manager to expand strategic partnerships with global OEMs, EMS providers and technology companies across AI infrastructure, automotive, industrial, medical and advanced electronics sectors. This role helps customers maintain production continuity and resilient supply chains.
You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with global sourcing and procurement teams, and represent WIN SOURCE at meetings and events, with opportunities for uncapped
Competenze
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management or related roles.
- Experience in electronic components, semiconductors or electronics distribution is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Mansioni
- Develop strategic relationships with global customers and drive sustainable business growth.
- Manage the complete sales journey from market development to RFQ management, negotiation and closing.
- Partner with OEMs, EMS providers, engineering and procurement teams to deliver reliable sourcing solutions.
- Help customers navigate supply chain challenges including shortages, EOL risks and lifecycle transitions.
- Collaborate with global teams and represent WIN SOURCE at meetings and industry events.
