Job summary

WIN SOURCE, a global supplier of electronic components, is hiring an International Sales Representative in Bologna to develop new and existing customer relationships. You will support RFQs, quotations and follow-up, while addressing supply challenges and coordinating with sourcing, logistics and quality teams.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer procurement needs and to drive value through WIN SOURCE's global sourcing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in electronic components or electronics distribution is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a global sales perspective.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across assigned markets.
• Identify potential business opportunities through market research and consistent follow-up.
• Support the complete sales process: RFQ handling, quotation preparation, order follow-up, and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics, and quality teams to address shortages and lifecycle transitions.
• Maintain accurate customer information, opportunity updates and CRM data.
• Build product knowledge and market awareness to strengthen sales capability in electronics.
