Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a remote role in Italy to design, deploy, and govern a global commercial capability development framework. You will partner with Regional Leaders and BUs to build scalable training ecosystems and drive cross‑regional alignment for commercial teams.

The role reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations and focuses on governance, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of training programs to enable higher performance across regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
