Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global commercial capability development framework across regions. You will build a scalable learning ecosystem, strengthen sales competencies, and enable local execution with DBS partners.

The role reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations and will be part of the Global Commercial Operations team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong command of MS Office, and in particular MS Excel and large language model (LLM) based answer engines such as M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude

Mansioni

• Design global commercial training strategy by establishing a consistent, scalable learning framework across regions
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework defining capabilities and development plans
• Partner with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and content relevance
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes and learning platforms
• Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities with actionable leadership insights
