Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and deploy a global learning framework across regions. You will lead programs that strengthen sales capabilities and ensure consistency with DBS standards.

This role is fully remote in Italy, reporting to the Director Global Commercial Operations. You will collaborate with regional leaders, BUs and DBS teams to align priorities, govern content, and measure impact, while driving

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong command of MS Office, and in particular MS Excel and LLM based answer engines such as M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy by establishing a consistent, scalable learning framework, onboarding programs, and blended learning solutions across all regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework that defines required capabilities, assesses proficiency, identifies gaps, and drives development plans for all commercial roles.
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, Business Units, and DBS teams to align training priorities, ensure content relevance, and drive accountability for capability development.
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes, content management, reporting, compliance oversight, learning platforms, and Train‑the‑Trainer networks.
• Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities by tracking training effectiveness, monitoring competency progress, analyzing performance gaps, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
