Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global learning ecosystem. You will partner with regional leaders to build scalable programs, strengthen sales capabilities, and ensure consistent execution across regions.

You will lead development of training frameworks, onboarding programs, and blended solutions, with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement within a fully remote role in

Competenze

• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong command of MS Office, especially MS Excel and experience with LLM-based answer engines.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework.
• Partner with Regional Leaders and DBS teams to align training priorities.
• Establish governance and operational excellence for training processes and platforms.
• Measure impact of training and provide actionable insights to leadership.
