Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global learning framework for our commercial teams. You will partner with regional leaders to build a robust learning ecosystem and drive capability development across regions.

The role is strategic and hands-on, focusing on standardization, governance, and measuring impact to continuously improve performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles
• Experience building and managing global programs
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong command of MS Office and MS Excel; familiarity with LLM-based tools

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy by establishing a consistent, scalable learning framework across regions
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework that defines capabilities, assesses proficiency, and drives development plans for all commercial roles
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and ensure content relevance
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes, content management, reporting, and LMS networks
• Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities by tracking training effectiveness and identifying gaps
