Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global learning framework for commercial teams. The role partners with regional leaders and DBS to ensure scalable, consistent training across regions and business units.

You will lead the development of a global sales competency framework, oversee onboarding programs, and drive measurable improvements in capability development and performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong command of MS Office, in particular MS Excel and large language model (LLM) based tools.
