Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global capability development framework across Regions.

You will partner with Regional Commercial Leaders and DBS teams to align training priorities, drive scalable solutions, and elevate sales excellence with measurable impact from Italy.

This role is remote in Italy and offers a competitive base salary with a 20% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Experience building and managing global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AI tools (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework.
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities.
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through processes, content, reporting, and platforms.
• Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities with actionable insights.
