Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and govern a global learning framework across regions from Italy. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to strengthen sales capabilities and enable local deployment.

You will build a global sales competency framework, onboard programs, and blended learning solutions, partnering with regional leaders to drive measurable improvement and accountability across

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, or Commercial Management.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Proven ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with LLM-based tools.
