Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global training framework. The role focuses on building scalable curricula, driving sales capability, and aligning with regional DBS teams across regions.

The position is fully remote in Italy, reporting to the Director Global Commercial Operations, and offers a comprehensive benefits package with performance-based bonus potential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong command of MS Office, and MS Excel, plus familiarity with LLM-based answer engines (e.g., M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)

• Develop and govern global commercial training strategy with a scalable framework across regions
• Build a global sales competency framework and drive development plans for all commercial roles
• Align training priorities with Regional Leaders, Business Units, and DBS teams
• Establish governance and operational excellence for training processes and platforms
• Measure impact of training and provide insights to leadership
