Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global, consistent commercial capability development framework across regions. This role partners with Regional Commercial Leaders and Business Units to align training priorities and drive accountability.

The position is fully remote in Italy and reports to the Director of Global Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles
• Experience building and managing global programs and projects
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong command of MS Office and large language model based answer engines

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and govern a global, scalable commercial training framework across regions
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework; assess proficiency and gaps
• Partner with Regional Leaders, BUs and DBS teams to align training priorities
• Establish governance and operational excellence through standardized processes and LMS
• Measure impact and continuously improve capabilities by tracking outcomes
