The ideal candidate should possess a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in channel or sales management, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. The job also requires travel of up to 50%.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Channel or sales management, ideally within distribution automation.
• Strong understanding of utility distribution networks, automation technologies, and grid modernization trends.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

• Defines and implements the global channel sales strategy in accordance with the global marketing and sales strategy.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners to support business growth.
• Monitor channel performances, KPIs, and ensure pipeline management.
