General Manager – Premium Health & Wellness Club

Location: Milan, Italy

Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 per annum + bonus

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader to take charge of a premium health and wellness club in Milan. We’re looking for a General Manager who combines excellent operational standards with genuine care for members and the team.

In this role, you’ll set the tone of the club every day. You’ll lead a large, multi‑department team, drive service standards, and ensure members have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll also work closely with regional support to deliver strong commercial performance, structure, and clear improvement plans.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and developing a high‑performing team
  • Creating a consistent, premium member experience seven days a week
  • Overseeing daily operations with a strong focus on service and standards
  • Building and delivering structured improvement plans
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance
  • Creating a positive club culture where people can perform at their best
