Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Front Office Intern to support guest reception and front office activities, ensuring an excellent stay aligned with Minor Hotels’ standards. You will assist with guest reception, inquiries and data entry while learning operations across departments.

The role emphasizes a guest‑centric mindset, strong communication, and teamwork in a dynamic hospitality environment, based in Florence, Italy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or university degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Languages, or related field.
• Strong guest-oriented mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy.
• Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout all stages of their stay.
• Assist with check-in and check-out, handle guest requests and inquiries.
• Develop understanding of hotel services and promote them to guests.
• Manage administrative tasks related to guest stays and accurate data entry.
• Support back-office activities and shift handovers to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
