Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Milan, Italy invites a Front Office Intern to support guest services and front desk operations, helping ensure an exceptional stay under our hospitality standards. You will assist with check-in/check-out, respond to guest requests, and collaborate with other departments to create a seamless, personalized guest experience.

A high school diploma or current studies in Hospitality is required; English fluency and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or university degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Languages, or a related field.
• Strong guest-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; a second foreign language is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications.
• Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout all stages of their stay.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures and guest requests.
• Promote hotel services to guests.
• Manage administrative tasks related to guest stays and accurate data entry.
• Support back-office activities and shift handovers for continuity.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to create a seamless guest experience.
