Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Front Office Intern to support the Front Office team in delivering outstanding guest service and a memorable stay experience. You will assist with reception, check-in/out, and related guest requests while learning the hotel operations and standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with departments, data entry accuracy, and a growth mindset in a dynamic hospitality environment. Monthly allowance provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or university degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Languages, or related field.
• Strong guest-oriented mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications.
• Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office team in welcoming and assisting guests throughout all stages of their stay.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and handle guest requests and inquiries.
• Develop understanding of hotel services and promote them to guests.
• Collaborate in managing administrative tasks related to guest stays and data entry in systems.
• Support back-office activities and shift handovers to ensure continuity.
• Work closely with operational departments to contribute to a seamless guest experience.
