The Social Hub in Firenze, Italy, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, greet guests warmly, and guide the team during shifts.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping and F&B, manage bookings and payments, upsell local experiences, and help onboard new colleagues while maintaining a fun, supportive vibe. 1–3 years in hospitality and fluency in English and Italian are required.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in front office supervisory or similar hospitality role.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages a plus.
• Strong people skills and a warm, confident presence.
