The Hoxton Florence is seeking an experienced front office leader to welcome guests with warmth and ensure they want to return. You will lead and develop a high-energy team, manage costs, and uphold hotel SOPs while forging strong relationships with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B.

You’ll be fully conversant in health and safety, part of crisis and fire teams, and flexible to cover all shifts to keep service exceptional.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar role or as an Assistant seeking development in front office operations.
• Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or similar property management system.
• Experience monitoring and implementing health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns including days, nights, weekdays and weekends.

• Lead and manage a team by setting goals, empowering and developing them.
• Manage departmental costs and keep expenses within budget guidelines.
• Train and ensure adherence to hotel SOPs, identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Maintain a good relationship between front office, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B.
• Be fully aware of health and safety procedures and policies.
• Be a member of hotel crisis and fire teams and be conversant in related procedures.
• Achieve high levels of customer service and build relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Assist the sales and events team with site inspections and be confident on hotel facilities.
