The Social Hub is seeking an Asa Front Office Host in Italy. You’ll be the first warm faced guest sees and set the vibe from the lobby, helping with check-ins, recommendations and bookings.

The role requires 1–3 years in hospitality and fluency in English and Italian. You’ll work with PMS, kiosks and guest messaging apps, delivering friendly service and upsell opportunities while collaborating with housekeeping, F&B and maintenance.
