Job summary

Leonardo Hotels is seeking a Front Office Agent for its Leonardo Milan City Center, located in the vibrant heart of Milan. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalised service during check-in and check-out and handling administrative tasks with efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism, has at least 1 year of front desk experience, and demonstrates strong English and Italian communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies.
• Hospitality is in your veins.
• At least 1-year experience as front office agent or reception.
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in team, resistant to stress.
• Flexibility in working early, late and night shifts.
• Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, other languages are a plus.
