Panerai, part of Richemont, seeks a Senior Client Advisor to join the Florence boutique. You will be a key driver of the boutique's targets with significant autonomy and a focus on delivering unforgettable client experiences.

Leveraging deep product knowledge and a sales-driven mindset, you will build lasting client relationships, lead events and client activations, and support after-sales service in alignment with Maison procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in luxury retail or comparable environment.
• Excellent listening, product knowledge, and client service skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

• Uphold Panerai's selling ceremony with high professional standards.
• Develop a sales mindset and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide tailor-made client follow-up and maintain high-quality service.
• Support after-sales clients according to Maison procedures.
