• Experience using CRM tools to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational excellence in mastering the Panerai Selling Ceremony.
• Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure tailor-made client and prospects follow-up using CRM & Clienteling tools and reporting accurately.
• Support after-sales clients with solutions per Maison procedures.
• Become a brand ambassador and build a network of high-potential clients.
