Job summary

myPOS is expanding in Tuscany and seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new merchant acquisition and growth of payments solutions. You will own the territory, manage your pipeline, and close deals, with onboarding and training provided to accelerate performance.

The role offers a fixed salary plus uncapped commissions, with travel across the region and support from our events network. If you thrive on autonomy and measurable results, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B field sales within fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries.
• Confident approaching new businesses and starting conversations with decision makers in person.
• Native fluency in Italian and conversational English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach new businesses across Tuscany.
• Meet merchants face-to-face to understand needs and demonstrate tailored myPOS payment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work toward acquisition and commercial targets with bonuses for milestones.
• Represent myPOS professionally at local events and in the business community.
