myPOS is expanding in Italy and seeks a Field Sales Representative in Catania to introduce local merchants to smarter payment solutions and help grow their businesses.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, travel within the region, and build lasting merchant relationships while earning fixed salary plus uncapped commissions. The role includes onboarding, training, and a ramp-up with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B field sales within fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries.
• Confidence approaching new businesses and starting conversations with decision makers in person.
• A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within your region.
• Native fluency in Italian and conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach new businesses across Catania.
• Meet merchants face-to-face to understand their needs and demonstrate tailored myPOS payment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work towards acquisition and commercial performance targets, unlocking additional bonuses as you exceed key milestones.
• Represent myPOS professionally at local events, trade fairs, and within the wider business community.
