myPOS in Catania is seeking a Field Sales Representative to introduce local merchants to smarter payment solutions and help their businesses grow. The role is field-based, independent, and includes ownership of the full sales cycle with support from internal appointments.

You will develop your territory, meet merchants in person, and work toward acquisition and performance targets with uncapped commissions and structured onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• Proven B2B field sales experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Confident approaching new businesses and decision makers in person.
• Consultative selling approach that translates needs into solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
• Native Italian with conversational English.

Aufgaben

• Identify and approach new businesses across Catania.
• Meet merchants face-to-face to demonstrate tailored myPOS solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work towards targets with bonuses for exceeding milestones.
• Represent myPOS at local events and within the business community.
