myPOS is expanding in Tuscany and seeks a Field Sales Representative to introduce local merchants to smarter payment solutions. You will own the territory, manage your own pipeline, and close deals, with onboarding and ongoing training provided.

This field-based role offers a fixed salary plus uncapped commissions, with travel within the region and target-based bonuses, plus meal vouchers and health benefits as part of the package.

About the role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of myPOS within Tuscany, introducing local merchants to smarter payment solutions and helping them grow their businesses.

This is a field based role for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys meeting people, and is motivated by results. You'll have the freedom to develop your territory, manage your own pipeline, and take ownership of the full sales cycle, with additional support from internally generated appointments.

And because we know that success takes more than a great first day, we'll provide structured onboarding, hands-on training, and progressive performance expectations, giving you the support to establish your territory and build sustainable results.

What you’ll do

• Proactively identify and approach new businesses across Tuscany.
• Meet merchants face-to-face to understand their needs and demonstrate tailored myPOS payment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work towards acquisition and commercial performance targets, unlocking additional bonuses as you exceed key milestones.
• Represent myPOS professionally at local events, trade fairs, and within the wider business community.

This role is perfect for you if you have

• Proven experience in B2B field sales within fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries.
• Confidence approaching new businesses and starting conversations with decision makers in person.
• A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within your region.
• Native fluency in Italian and conversational English.
