Job summary

myPOS is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own Palermo territory, introducing merchants to smart payment solutions and helping their business grow. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while enjoying training, onboarding, and structured performance expectations.

You’ll operate with independence, travel within the region, and earn fixed salary plus uncapped commissions, with support from internal appointments and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B field sales within fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries.
• Confidence approaching new businesses and starting conversations with decision makers in person.
• A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within your region.
• Native fluency in Italian and conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach new businesses across Palermo.
• Meet merchants face-to-face to understand their needs and demonstrate tailored myPOS payment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work towards acquisition and commercial performance targets, unlocking additional bonuses as you exceed key milestones.
• Represent myPOS professionally at local events, trade fairs, and within the wider business community.
