Responsibilities include overseeing financial activities, coordinating closing processes, and managing budget forecasting. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in financial modeling tools, and be fluent in both Italian and English. The ideal candidate will also be analytical, team-oriented, and willing to travel.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a structured international group.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Oversee group financial controlling and FP&A activities.
• Coordinate and orchestrate the closing process.
• Support P&L closing and financial reporting.
• Manage and improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and control COGS and gross margin performance.
• Supervise inventory valuation processes.
• Ensure proper financial data integration.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports.
• Standardize reporting processes.
