A leading automation company in Castel Bolognese is looking for a skilled technician to provide support for customers and partners. The role involves resolving service requests, identifying machine references, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should hold a five-year Industrial Technical diploma with a mechanical or electrical emphasis and have 2-5 years of relevant experience. Good knowledge of English is also required, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Competenze

• Five year Industrial Technical diploma with Mechanical/Electrical emphasis.
• From 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good/great knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support requests from customers or partners.
• Identify and associate the reference machine to the customer/partner.
• Resolve issues over the phone.
