myPOS is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Milan to bring smarter payment solutions to local merchants. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships, and grow your territory with structured onboarding and commissions.

The role offers on-site work with travel within the region and a fixed salary plus uncapped commissions. Candidates should have proven B2B sales experience in fintech or payments, a consultative selling approach, and a driver’s license for regular travel.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within your region.
• Native fluency in Italian and conversational English.

About The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of myPOS within Milan, introducing local merchants to smarter payment solutions and helping them grow their businesses.

This is a field based role for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys meeting people, and is motivated by results. You'll have the freedom to develop your territory, manage your own pipeline, and take ownership of the full sales cycle, with additional support from internally generated appointments.

And because we know that success takes more than a great first day, we'll provide structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and progressive performance expectations, giving you the support to establish your territory and build sustainable results.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify and approach new businesses across Milan.
• Meet merchants face‑to‑face to understand their needs and demonstrate tailored myPOS payment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work towards acquisition and commercial performance targets, unlocking additional bonuses as you exceed key milestones.
• Represent myPOS professionally at local events, trade fairs, and within the wider business community.
