Job summary

Viva.com, the leading fintech platform, is seeking a role in the Operations Team to manage incoming leads, support merchant onboarding, and ensure seamless service delivery across Europe. The ideal candidate will drive growth by monitoring merchant performance and promoting Viva’s all-in-one payment solutions.

Fluency in English and Italian is required, with a permanent EOR contract and a performance-based bonus. Join a dynamic, international fintech environment that values AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Italian.
Permanent contract via an Employer of Record (EOR).
Bonus based on performance and collective goals.
Experience with onboarding merchants and payment setup is preferred.
Interest in AI-powered tools and AI-enhanced environments.

Responsibilities

Assess and assign incoming leads to the appropriate team.
Manage onboarding for merchants and payment acceptance setup.
Promote Viva's services to potential merchants.
Monitor active merchants post-activation for seamless service.
Maintain up-to-date client information in the database.
