Viva.com is seeking a Client Relationship Representative (Field-Based) in Piemonte. You will promote services, activate merchants on-site, monitor portfolio performance, and provide in-person support while traveling to client sites and industry events.

Requires 2+ years in business development within financial services, CRM proficiency, strong negotiation, and fluent English/Italian. Hybrid workplace, permanent contract via EOR, with a performance-based bonus.

Role Overview: As a member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will play a crucial role in promoting company services directly to clients, ensuring seamless activation and ongoing support for merchants on-field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company services by visiting clients' premises;
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes;
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance;
• Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers;
• Engage in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities;
• Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration;
• Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage;
• Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope;
• Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner;
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment preferably a financial services institution;
• Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages;
• Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
• Outstanding negotiation skills;
• Strong organizational and diary management skills;
• Resiliency and the ability to handle objections;
• The ability to deal with a diverse client base;
• Computer literacy & tech mindset;
• Fluent in English and Italian.
