Overview

Position: Executive Assistant cum Personal Assistant (EA–PA). This role provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s professional and personal schedule, including appointments, calendars, travel, emails, calls, and correspondence with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and information flow between the CEO and senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution of priorities.
  • Provide high-level administrative support including drafting documents, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, and managing key contact databases.
  • Organize internal and external communications, special meetings, corporate events, and off-site engagements with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison for customer and partner relationships, representing the CEO’s office in interactions with key clients, vendors, and project teams.
  • Support coordination across global teams and serve as a trusted point of contact for executive-level operational tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and interface with external stakeholders.
  • High standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills with a proactive approach to solving issues and anticipating leadership needs.
Work Conditions & Expectations
  • Candidates must be flexible with rotational shifts as required by project and operational demands.
  • The role involves significant travel, with approximately 75% travel expected throughout India and potentially internationally.
  • This position is on-site based primarily in Bangalore and Gurgaon offices, with mobility across project locations as needed.
