Competenze
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related technical/scientific discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Medical Diagnostics, Healthcare, Medical Device, or Life Sciences, with leadership in Field Service/Field Applications.
- Fluency in English; willingness to travel nationally up to 50% and possess a valid driver's license.
Mansioni
- Lead and develop the national Service and Field Applications organization, coaching a nationwide team for consistent execution and growth.
- Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, and base business retention through collaboration with Commercial and Sales leadership.
- Define and execute the national service strategy with contractual commitments, KPIs, and safety/quality compliance.
