Technogym in Italy seeks a Regional Key Account Manager to drive sales, profitability and cash flow targets for a defined list of Key Accounts within the region. You will manage partnerships and ensure alignment with company goals within the Technogym Wellness System.

You will oversee account transitions, maintain accurate forecasts, and ensure compliance with governance standards while delivering strong relationship management and solution selling.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in key account management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in planning and managing regional markets
• Strong strategic thinking and relationship skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for Key Accounts in the region.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for Key Accounts.
• Prepare, implement, and control regional agreements with Key Accounts.
• Maximize opportunities and drive growth within the Technogym Wellness System (TWS).
• Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure governance compliance.
