Technogym S.p.A. in Italy seeks a Solution Key Account for the HCP segment to join the Country Field Sales team. The role blends new business development with account management across health, corporate, and performance solutions.

You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue, and manage a diverse portfolio of products and services through a professional, proactive approach.

Competenze

• At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field.
• Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions.
• Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills.
• Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
• Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCP accounts in the country.

Your Role

We are looking for a Solution Key Account for our HCP segment (Health, Corporate & Performance) to join the Country Field Sales team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management.

In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

Your Impact

• Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
• Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
• Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
• Increase customer satisfaction
• Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
• Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

What you should bring:

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
