Technogym S.p.A. is seeking an energetic HR Business Partner for Private & Marketing to join its HQ Team in Cesena, Italy.

You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Technogym's international markets, driving people strategies that support growth and uphold a values-led, performance-oriented culture. You will manage employee lifecycle, payroll, budgeting, talent acquisition, and HR administration while collaborating with HQ leadership teams to deploy the Company People Strategy

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 6 years in an international business partnering role.
• Experience in industries with complex org structures such as luxury products, technology, and health.
• Experience in HR management for retail channel, e-commerce, and direct sales.
• In-depth understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and analytics.
