Job summary

Technogym seeks a Solution Key Account CLUB to join the Country Field Sales team. You will focus on new business development and account management while building long-term relationships with customers.

You should be hungry, professional and collaborative, capable of managing a large portfolio of products and solutions, and using CRM tools to profile and plan activities. Italian language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in account management or similar role.
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions.
• Strong consulting sales approach and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM software; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update CRM.
• Achieve local sales, profitability and cash flow targets.
• Expand market opportunities and manage visits per sales code.
